Scope
These terms govern the use of the Factur-X Pret service at facturx-pret.fr.
Service Description
The service creates, converts, and validates electronic invoices in Factur-X 1.0.8 format compliant with EN 16931.
Pricing and Trial
Applicable prices and trial limits are shown on the website at the time of use. Paid plans are billed in advance.
Liability
Users remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted data and the fiscal compliance of generated invoices. A final business review is recommended before distribution.
Governing Law
German law applies. Frankfurt am Main is the place of jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
